- 1 large head of green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully peel cabbage leaves, blanch in boiling water until softened, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the rolls.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- For a low-carb option, skip the rice or use cauliflower rice.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or crusty bread.
