- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add the beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the Crock Pot.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
- Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Add the pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir well.
- Cook until pasta is tender and serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Serve with shredded cheese or a side salad for a complete meal.
