Instructions

  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat to medium. In the same skillet, add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
