- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added spice
Instructions
- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium. In the same skillet, add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked chicken and pasta into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes to meld flavors. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
