- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 4 pita breads or flatbreads
- Fresh lettuce, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Feta tzatziki (see recipe below)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto chicken and drizzle with olive oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the feta tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, crumbled feta, minced garlic, chopped cucumber, lemon juice, and dill; refrigerate until needed.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Warm the pita breads in a skillet or oven. Layer lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and sliced chicken on each pita.
- Add generous dollops of feta tzatziki, sprinkle with chopped parsley, then fold to enclose the filling.

- Marinate the chicken at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor.
- Use high-quality Greek yogurt for the tzatziki for the best taste and creaminess.
- Reheat cooked chicken gently before serving leftovers.
