Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and chopped strawberries, mix gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
