- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, onion, egg, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 20-24 small meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth and tomato paste. Pour over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the gravy to thicken during the last 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or bread to soak up the gravy.
