- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 2 cups cooked pulled beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into squares or rectangles.
- Mix pulled beef with onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and pepper.
- Spoon a generous amount of beef mixture onto each pastry square.
- Fold or enfold the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffs are golden and crispy.

- Make sure the puff pastry is fully thawed before handling.
