  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 slices provolone cheese, shredded or sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
