- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread tater tots evenly on the baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Transfer to serving platter, garnish with chopped green onions, and dollop with sour cream. Serve hot.

- You can add jalapeños or ranch seasoning for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately for the best crunch.
