Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl; press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set and golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds for variation.
- Ensure the caramel filling is fully cooled before cutting for clean squares.
