- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender crisp.
- Stir in rice vinegar and honey; cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce, cook until glossy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness or saltiness by modifying honey or soy sauce.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
