- 8 slices bacon
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook bacon slices in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and peppers in olive oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide steak slices into 8 portions, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each steak portion with sautéed peppers, onions, and shredded cheese.
- Wrap each steak portion with a bacon slice, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
