- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- Place chicken thighs into the slow cooker.
- Mix bourbon, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir slurry into the slow cooker and cook on high for 15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
