- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut into triangles.
- Spread a spoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each triangle and add chopped cranberries.
- Roll up the triangles into crescent shapes and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Chill the cream cheese mixture if filling is too soft for easier assembly.
- Use fresh cranberries for best flavor or frozen if out of season.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
