- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 large apples, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream until well blended.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake and arrange apple slices on top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
