  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 large apples, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream until well blended.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
