  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the baked crust.
  4. Gently fold blueberries into the cream cheese mixture or scatter on top evenly.
  5. Bake for another 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the filling is set.
