- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 3 medium apples, sliced and sautéed with cinnamon
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream, mixing well.
- Pour half of the batter over the crust. Spread the sautéed apple slices evenly. Pour remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top with salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
