- 50ml milk

Instructions
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form crust; press into a springform pan.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then top with chopped pistachios and a honey drizzle before serving.

- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours for best flavor and texture.
- Use high-quality honey for a richer taste.
