Instructions

- Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
- For the mousse, melt dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy; fold in melted chocolate and heavy cream.
- Spread mousse over cooled brownies. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
