  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  4. Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Optional: Garnish with extra chocolate chips and a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
