- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Optional: Garnish with extra chocolate chips and a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
