Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine flour and cocoa powder; gradually add to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then fold in sour cream.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled brownie base.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
