Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder if using.
- Spread the fries evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra crispiness, pat the fries dry before tossing in oil and spices.
- Adjust seasoning to taste; add more chili powder for heat.
