Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a marinade.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the lemon mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh lemon slices and herbs.
