- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken strip into the egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush them with olive oil.

- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs and spray with cooking spray before baking.
- You can add your favorite spices for personalized flavor.
