- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place beaten eggs in another bowl.
- Dip chicken strips in eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
