Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve the dip with toasted baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar or top with shredded mozzarella cheese before serving. Best enjoyed fresh and chilled.
