- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken back into the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Serve with rice or crusty bread for a complete meal.
