Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and mix with rice vinegar. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine cooked seafood with mayonnaise and sriracha if using. Layer this mixture over the rice.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top of the seafood layer.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce and sliced avocado.
