Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
