- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine heavy cream, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; heat until warmed.
- Add shredded cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix cooked spaghetti into the cheese sauce until well coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
- If you prefer a spicy kick, include red pepper flakes in the sauce.
