Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cream, chicken broth, garlic, and seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over the cooked rice, spooning extra sauce on top.
