- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook seafood until just cooked through. Let cool slightly and chop if needed.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix in cooked seafood and heavy cream to form a creamy filling.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Stuff each shell with the seafood filling and place in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining sauce over stuffed shells, sprinkle with extra cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
