Creamy, cheesy seafood stuffed shells filled with a flavorful mix of shrimp, crab meat, and cheesy goodness, baked to perfection and garnished with herbs.

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chopped shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, cooked shrimp, crab meat, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until simmering. Pour over stuffed shells, then top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Garnish with extra parsley before serving.

  • Ensure not to overcook the shells to keep them firm.
