Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.

- Add sauerkraut and shredded corned beef, cook for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Reduce heat and stir in shredded Swiss cheese and heavy cream until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
