- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Boil sliced potatoes in salted water until just tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté smoked sausage slices in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crispy, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, milk or heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the creamy sauce.

Notes
- Use low-fat ranch dressing and cheese for a lighter version.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
