Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken thighs skin-side down until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Mix heavy cream and minced garlic, then pour over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
