- 4 large boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup honey mustard sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in a baking dish, top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Drizzle honey mustard sauce over the cooked chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of paprika before baking.
- Use thick-cut bacon for better crunch and flavor.
