This creamy tomato pasta is a quick, satisfying meal prepared in a single pot, combining tangy tomato sauce with rich cream, pasta, and fresh herbs for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
