Instructions
- Heat butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken, peas, carrots, and gnocchi. Stir to combine.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until all ingredients are heated through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
