Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy.
- Return beef to the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and stir to combine.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
