- 1 lb (450g) beef or chicken, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced meat and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add diced potatoes and cook until crispy and golden.
- Stir in sliced onion and minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Add cooked meat back to the pan, pour in heavy cream, and stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute heavy cream with evaporated milk for a lighter version.
