- 8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, toss with the sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Mix in cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes during cooking.
