- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti or pasta of choice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add pasta, broth, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- You can add cooked chicken or vegetables for a heartier meal.
