Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add diced potatoes around the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan, melted butter, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and potatoes are roasted.
- Serve topped with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
