Instructions
- Place chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
- Mix garlic, parmesan, cream, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Shred chicken if desired, stir to coat in sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
