Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, tossing to combine evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
