- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a more robust flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
