- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces (225g) pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped

- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with sauce.

Notes
- Adjust garlic quantity for a milder or stronger flavor.
- Use compartmentalized pasta like penne for better sauce coverage.
- For a healthier option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
