Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in the slow cooker and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add heavy cream and garlic over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Cook pasta separately according to package instructions; drain.
- Add cooked pasta to the slow cooker and mix thoroughly to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, cook the mixture uncovered for the last 30 minutes.
- You can use chicken thighs for even more flavor.
