Instructions
- Place diced chicken into the slow cooker.
- Add tomato sauce, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in butter and heavy cream; cook for another 30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
